Jean Henning

Jean Henning is Executive Director for the North Dakota Corn Utilization Council. She joined the Council in 2015 when she started at Finance Director. During her work with the Council, she assumed responsibility for the Council’s research portfolio. In 2019, market development was added for her duties as she was made Executive Director.

Jean is a graduate of St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN with a degree in financial management. She has more than 25 years of financial management experience in the manufacturing and service industries.

Jean and her husband reside in Fargo, North Dakota. They have four adult children.

Heidie Haugo

Heidie Haugo is the Communications Director for the ND Corn Utilization Council. Heidie is a graduate of The University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and holds a degree in Agricultural Education. Born and raised on a farm in south-central Minnesota, she has had her fingers in agriculture, both professionally and personally, since the day she was born. Heidie joined the North Dakota Corn Utilization Council in 2018.

When she’s not in the office, Heidie enjoys spending time at the lake, camping, and traveling with her husband.

Molly Fern

Molly Fern is Finance and Research Director for the North Dakota Corn Utilization Council (NDCUC).  Molly worked as the Director of Finance for another North Dakota commodity group for 16 years before joining the NDCUC team in 2023.  Molly is a graduate of the University of Mary in Fargo, ND with a degree in business management.  She has more than 20 years of finance experience in both the public sector and state commodity offices.

Molly resides in West Fargo, North Dakota with her two sons Brennan and Ashton.
