The North Dakota Corn Utilization Council (NDCUC) has elected its 2026 Executive Officer Team, with leaders focused on advancing the state’s corn industry.
Carson Klosterman of Wyndmere will serve as chairman, bringing experience as a fourth-generation farmer and ag business owner. Scott Spear of Drake will serve as vice chairman, offering decades of farming experience and community leadership. Justin Halvorson of Sheldon was elected secretary and treasurer, contributing a diversified farming background and a strong commitment to grower advocacy.
Elected annually, the Executive Officer Team plays an important role in guiding council priorities, investments, and outreach efforts to support corn growers across North Dakota.
